About the Role Join a leading healthcare solutions organization dedicated to removing barriers to care. We partner with specialty pharmaceutical manufacturers to help patients access, afford, and remain on life-changing therapies. As a Patient Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for patients and physicians, guiding them through the onboarding and approval process with empathy and efficiency. INDSCGMH

salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, with ability to determine needs and provide one call resolution
Responsible for reporting adverse events within the required timeframe
Create and complete accurate referrals and applications and keep updated on policy or procedural changes
Investigate and resolve patient/physician inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
Enter detailed information into company proprietary software while conversing via telephone
Place outbound phone calls for patient follow ups or confirmations
