Position Summary

The Chief Growth Officer architects and executes Milo's enterprise-wide growth strategy, uniting commercial execution in our Core business with brand and consumer engagement, product innovation, market intelligence and sales to accelerate sustainable, profitable revenue growth. This role leads cross-functional growth initiatives that strengthen the organization's competitive position and long-term value.

Responsibilities

  • New Business models and routes to market moves to strategic ventures down the road?
  • Champions Milo’s core business growth initiatives across current channels, continuing to strengthen Milo’s brand positioning, awareness and HHP.
  • Leverages consumer, market, and competitive intelligence to shape high-impact organizational strategies across channel, item, category, and market dimensions.
  • Direct enterprise-wide commercial execution and revenue growth strategies to accelerate go-to-market performance across channels.
  • Guides brand strategy, positioning, and customer engagement initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Leads Top to Top Cross Functional Customer Leadership to identify and execute building on Milo’s historic growth rates.
  • Oversee investment governance, including alignment with strategic priorities, resource allocation, and value delivery tracking.
  • Uphold and lead participation in Corporate Responsibility initiatives, including Zero Waste and sustainability, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
  • This position has food safety responsibilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 20 or more years of experience, including demonstrated enterprise-level leadership; or 18 or more years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Proven executive leadership experience, including experience leading through significant organizational complexity and scale and financial leadership.
  • Strong industry knowledge of growth strategy, commercial operations, and market expansion.
  • Proven experience scaling organizations through mergers, acquisitions, and new business development.
  • Experience translating enterprise-level strategy into actionable plans and compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Proven experience integrating commercial, brand, product, and consumer insight functions to drive enterprise growth.
