About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the University Chief Information Officer. The successful candidate will serve as a thought partner and senior member of the Office of the VP & UCIO, with a focus on advancing and supporting the VP & UCIO's priorities. This role involves maintaining close working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, tracking and ensuring the flow of information, and supporting the execution of daily, mid-term, and long-term activities and projects. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for synthesizing information, identifying issues that require leadership attention, and supporting coordinated action on high-priority initiatives. The position requires a professional with a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years' of experience, including a background in executive communications, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a strong commitment to excellence, the ability to manage multiple assignments, and a proven track record of building trusted relationships and working effectively across organizational boundaries.
