  • Partner with culinary and operational leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with staffing, training, coaching, and development of hourly and supervisory team members.
  • Monitor labor, purchasing, and operating expenses while supporting financial goals and budget expectations.
  • Help drive revenue growth through operational efficiencies, merchandising, and service excellence initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Chef and management team on menu execution, promotions, and new culinary programs.
  • Maintain strong client, guest, and stakeholder relationships throughout the museum.
  • Ensure compliance with company, health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Support catering and special events operations as needed.
  • Foster an inclusive, positive workplace culture focused on engagement, accountability, and professional growth.

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with guests, clients, and team members.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and team development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience with large-scale visitor attractions, cultural institutions, museums, or premium dining environments is a plus.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and contribute within a best-in-class foodservice organization.
