Entry-Level Customer Experience & Sales Advisor

Location: Multiple Locations

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Weekly pay plus commission (top performers typically earn $1,600–$2,000/week)

Responsibilities

● Greet and assist candidates and clients in person, answering questions about openings and services

● Match candidate qualifications to available roles with personalized guidance

● Support applicants through every stage of the hiring process

● Field basic questions about applications, interviews, onboarding, and placements

● Keep candidate and client records accurate and current

● Stay current on active hiring campaigns and workforce trends

● Partner with recruiters to hit daily, weekly, and monthly placement goals

● Take part in ongoing training to sharpen recruitment and service skills

Qualifications

● Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or admin support helpful but not required

● Strong communicator who builds trust quickly

● Positive, dependable, and coachable

● Organized multitasker who thrives under deadlines

● Team player with leadership potential

●18+ with reliable transportation
