Guest Service Coordinator

Hampton Ridge Healthcare is seeking a Guest Service Coordinator to join our team! We currently have a part time position. Candidate must be able to work weekends and holidays in addition to weekday hours. You will work alongside our Admissions team and SMART nursing staff to provide high quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Check room to ensure it is prepared for admission.
• Help to acclimate resident to their new environment.
• Help resident choose their daily meals.
• Check with residents multiple times per day to ensure their needs are being met.
• Report any issues residents may have to the appropriate department head.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Must be outgoing, self-motivated, energetic and must possess good communication skills
• Must be able to easily build a strong rapport with senior citizens.
