This hands-on role involves inspecting, repairing, and maintaining wooden pallets to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be proficient with hand tools, comfortable with consistent heavy lifting, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, non-climate controlled environment.Responsibilities:Inspect and assess damaged pallets to determine necessary repairs.Remove broken or defective deck boards and components using hand tools such as hammers and pry bars.Efficiently replace damaged boards and components utilizing pneumatic nail guns.Execute pallet stringer repairs through effective blocking techniques.Achieve daily production targets and maintain high-quality repair standards.Strictly adhere to all company safety protocols and consistently wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Required Qualifications:Proven ability to use hand tools effectively and safely.Dress Code: Work pants Steel-toe bootsQualifications:Building palletsSorting palletsRepairing palletsRequired hand tools experienceRequired heavy lifting up to 50 pounds or moreRequired steel toe shoesAble to stand for more than 8 hoursPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
