Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate estimates for commercial, public and residential building construction projects
• Create and manage submittals, take-offs, and punch out lists
• Assist with pre-construction activities such as scope development and change orders

Required Skills:

• Experience in commercial and residential BUILDING construction 
• Knowledge of bidding processes, request for information, and building construction
• Ability to develop and manage construction documentation and scope

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with submitting government project bids
• Construction Management

Company Information:

A heartfelt mission from its inception, we started Servant's Heart with the intent of providing services for senior citizens. With older parents, we were seeing a trend of contractors taking advantage of seniors and wanted to help. This led to relationships with several nonprofit organizations. Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Hourly Compensation: $32.00 per hour
• Maximum Hourly Compensation: $36.00 per hour
• Possible Health, Dental and Vision Benefits depending on hours worked
