Position: Parts Manager
Location: Grafton, ND
Salary: Base plus commission pay. Great benefits.

Job Summary:
Express Employment is partnering with a local Grafton company who is seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead our parts department in Grafton. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, supporting customers and technicians, and ensuring the department operates efficiently and profitably. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, leadership experience, and knowledge of agricultural equipment parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the parts department
• Ag Background is a must
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee ordering and stocking
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and sourcing parts
• Monitor sales, margins, and department performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely order fulfillment
• Implement processes to improve efficiency and profitability

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in parts management or parts sales (ag equipment preferred)
• Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment and components
• Leadership and team management experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong computer and inventory management system experience
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
