Our client is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Print Production Manager to join their team on a freelance basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of printed materials that support our mission. Your expertise in print production will ensure that our materials are produced to the highest standards. Responsibilities Manage the print production process from concept to completion, including estimating costs, sourcing materials, and overseeing timelines. Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure that printed materials align with branding and messaging. Work closely with external vendors and printers to ensure quality control and timely delivery of print projects. Conduct quality checks on all printed materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications. Maintain an organized schedule of projects and communicate progress to stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to implement best practices in print production. Qualifications Proven experience in print production management, preferably in a nonprofit or educational setting. Strong understanding of printing processes, materials, and technologies. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
