You can follow established procedures and checklists consistently. Mechanically inclined. You’re comfortable learning equipment, making adjustments, and troubleshooting problems. Quality-conscious. You take pride in producing work that meets a high standard. A strong learner. You don’t need screen-printing experience, but you do need to be willing and able to learn a technical production process. Accountable. You take ownership of your work, communicate problems, and address mistakes rather than hiding them. Organized. You can keep materials, equipment, and multiple jobs straight. A team player. You’re comfortable working closely with another production employee and coordinating with our operations team. Comfortable taking the lead on the production floor. As you become fully trained, you will be expected to help coordinate the day’s production work and make sure jobs are completed correctly. Comfortable with physical work. This position requires standing for extended periods, working around production equipment, handling garments and supplies, and performing regular shop cleaning and organization. Experience Previous screen-printing experience is welcome but not required. Experience in manufacturing, production, printing, warehouse operations, machine operation, skilled trades, automotive work, construction, or another hands‑on environment may be helpful.
