In this role, you'll support clients through virtual consultations, answer questions, provide ongoing assistance, and help individuals and families better understand their benefit options—all while working from the comfort of your home.

As a Remote Client Care Coordinator , you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients throughout their experience.
Meet with clients through Zoom, phone, email, and other virtual platforms
Educate clients on available benefit options and answer questions clearly and professionally
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after enrollment
Assist clients with applications and required documentation
Schedule and manage virtual appointments
Maintain organized digital records and follow-up communications
Resolve client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and outstanding service
Collaborate with teammates to deliver an exceptional client experience
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development
Work from anywhere in the United States while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote career.
