About the Role

We’re seeking compassionate, reliable, and patient Support Staff to assist adults receiving Supported Living Services (SLS) and Independent Living Services(ILS)
This is a Support staff and mentoring role that blends direct assistance with gentle guidance and encouragement .

You’ll help clients stay organized, follow daily routines, and engage in healthy, meaningful activities—whether they live independently or with family.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with daily living tasks (e.g., cooking, cleaning, organizing, errands)
• Support clients in managing schedules, appointments, and medication reminders
• Encourage healthy routines, hygiene, and emotional wellness
• Accompany clients to community outings, stores, or appointments
• Offer companionship and positive behavioral support
• Complete brief session notes and communicate updates to supervisors

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Experience working with adults with developmental or mental health disabilities preferred (training provided)
• Comfortable providing direct, hands-on support in home or community settings
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record (mileage reimbursed)
• Must pass a background check (LiveScan)
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required
