Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Customer Engagement Representative to join our team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to develop practical experience in customer service, sales, marketing, communications, and business development .

No previous industry experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.

What You’ll Do

In this customer-facing role, you will:

• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer questions and provide information about products, services, and programs
• Create positive customer experiences through clear and helpful communication
• Support promotional campaigns, community events, and outreach activities
• Assist with customer engagement and acquisition initiatives
• Represent brands, clients, and partner organizations professionally
• Work with team members to meet customer service and campaign goals
• Participate in training, team meetings, and coaching sessions
• Develop communication, presentation, sales, and leadership skills

Paid Training – No Experience Required

Previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or communications is not required .

Training is provided to help new team members learn the role and develop practical skills in:
